1. Order Processing

All orders are processed after confirmation of order details and payment. Once your order is confirmed, our team carefully prepares and packs your mangoes to maintain freshness and quality during delivery.

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 working days, depending on product availability, season, weather conditions, and delivery schedule.

2. Delivery Areas

We deliver to selected cities and areas across Pakistan through our own delivery system or trusted courier/logistics partners.

Delivery availability may vary depending on your location. Customers are advised to provide complete and accurate delivery details at the time of placing the order.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time may vary according to location:

  • Within City / Nearby Areas: 1 to 2 working days
  • Other Cities: 2 to 5 working days
  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take longer depending on courier availability

Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, road closures, public holidays, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order weight
  • Box size
  • Courier or transport charges
  • Seasonal delivery conditions

Final shipping charges will be shared with the customer before order confirmation, where applicable.

5. Product Packing

Our mangoes are packed with care to reduce damage during delivery. We use clean, secure, and suitable packaging to help maintain fruit quality and freshness.

However, mangoes are natural and perishable products, so slight changes in ripeness, appearance, or softness may occur during transportation.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are requested to provide:

  • Correct full name
  • Active phone number
  • Complete delivery address
  • City and area details
  • Any important delivery instructions

Haji Sultan Sahu Fruit Farms will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to incorrect address, unavailable phone number, or customer unavailability at the time of delivery.

7. Delivery Inspection

Customers are advised to check the package at the time of delivery. If the parcel is visibly damaged, opened, or mishandled, please inform us immediately with clear photos or videos.

Complaints should be reported within 24 hours of delivery so our team can review the issue properly.

8. Delayed or Failed Delivery

If delivery is delayed due to courier service, weather, strikes, traffic issues, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable situations, Haji Sultan Sahu Fruit Farms will coordinate with the delivery partner but cannot guarantee exact delivery time.

If a customer is unavailable to receive the order, re-delivery charges may apply.

9. Perishable Product Notice

Mangoes are fresh and perishable products. Once shipped, they must be received and stored properly by the customer.

We recommend keeping mangoes in a cool, dry place and following proper ripening/storage instructions after delivery.
